Project Coordinator

£33,000–£35,000 + bonus & benefits

Our client is a well-established executive search firm with a diverse and prestigious client base spanning the Arts, Finance and Not-for-Profit sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an organised, proactive Project Coordinator to support the Head of the Arts practice.

This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for an experienced administrator with strong diary management skills who is looking to further develop their career and potentially progress towards a Personal Assistant role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing complex diary scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Producing high-quality documentation and reports
  • Liaising professionally with clients, candidates and senior stakeholders
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative and project coordination tasks
  • Anticipating challenges, “managing up” and ensuring the Director is well supported at all times

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, confident and able to manage multiple priorities
