A very busy Architects practice in the heart of Nottingham is seeking a Project Technologist (Revit)/Job Runner to start immediately.

Having secured a large future pipeline of work in the High Risk Buildings sector, as well as Conservation, they require at least one new team member to be fully resourced ahead of these upcoming projects.

Responsibilities

1. Manage architectural projects across all RIBA stages, with a high emphasis on stages 3-6.
2. Ensure UK Building Regulations compliance, particularly for Higher Risk Buildings.
3. Experience working on high-rise or complex buildings.
4. Minimum of 5 years' experience using Revit in a professional setting.

Additional Information

The role offers 2 days of work-from-home per week following a 3-month probation period, with potential for a more flexible arrangement after the first year.

The salary range is £45,000 to £50,000 per annum.
