Architectural Technologist & Technical Architect - Fully remote, outside IR35

g2 is working with an industry leader within the extra care / care home sector that is currently experiencing a large influx of work and is looking for multiple contractors.

Given time constraints, they are happy to consider bringing in fully remote staff (software supplied) on an initial 6-month contract, outside IR35.

The ideal candidate:

• Has technical expertise, with the ability to produce detailed technical documentation
• Has a mixed project background - residential, commercial, industrial projects are all applicable
• Possesses relevant accreditation (CIAT or MCIAT) — preferred but not essential
