Architectural Technologist & Technical Architect - Fully remote, outside IR35

g2 are working with an industry leader within the extra care / care home sector that is currently experiencing a large influx in work. They are looking for multiple contractors to join their team.

Position details:

• Location: Fully remote (software supplied)
• Contract Duration: Initial 6 months
• IR35 Status: Outside IR35

Candidate requirements:

• Technical expertise with the ability to produce detailed technical documentation
• Experience across various project types including residential, commercial, and industrial
• Relevant accreditation such as CIAT or MCIAT is preferred but not essential
