Job summary

Planning Recruitment Limited is recruiting an experienced Project Architect for a Cotswolds studio, focusing on high-end residential, hospitality and heritage schemes across the UK and internationally.

Be responsible for taking concepts to construction, coordinating diverse teams and maintaining design-led quality. The role offers exposure to luxury projects and potential for advancement within a creative studio.

Qualifications

ARB registered Architect, or eligible for prompt UK registration.
2+ years post-Part 3 experience or equivalent.
Strong UK project experience, especially RIBA Stages 4–6.
Experience in high-end residential, hospitality, heritage or landscape-led architecture.
Strong design ability with excellent technical and construction knowledge.
Ability to coordinate consultants, contractors, and specialist teams.
Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations, detailing, procurement and contract administration.
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Enscape.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of projects from concept through technical design and construction.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and specialist teams.
Develop designs with a focus on craft, materials, context and detailing.
Collaborate in a design-focused studio culture with opportunities for senior progression.
