The role seeks a technically strong professional with experience delivering bespoke private residential schemes and a passion for traditional and conservation architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in architecture or architectural technology.
• Strong experience in private residential, heritage or conservation architecture.
• Excellent knowledge of traditional construction and technical detailing.
• Experience across all RIBA stages.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning and construction.
• Experience with historic, listed or sensitive buildings is advantageous.
• Confident coordinating with clients, consultants and project teams.
• Strong design ability and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality residential schemes and conservation projects across the UK.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and wider project teams.
• Contribute across all RIBA stages from concept to completion.
