About the Company

An established and highly regarded architectural practice specialising in traditional and classical architecture, contextual design and conservation-led projects.

The practice has an extensive portfolio spanning high-end private residential, historic buildings, commercial developments and large-scale masterplanning. The practice is looking to appoint an experienced Project Architect to join its London team, taking a lead role in the technical development and delivery of a number of high-end residential and heritage projects.

You will work on a varied portfolio of bespoke schemes, including the sensitive refurbishment and extension of Grade II listed properties, luxury residential interiors and substantial private estates.

Current projects include the transformation of a prestigious listed London property into a bespoke residential and entertaining space, alongside the extensive redevelopment of a historic country estate to create a contemporary family home.

A number of projects are progressing through planning and will shortly require leadership through the technical design and construction stages. You will take responsibility for coordinating project information, managing consultant teams and ensuring design intent is maintained through to delivery.

  • Work closely with clients and senior team members to develop and deliver project requirements.
  • Maintain design quality and attention to detail throughout the technical and construction stages.
  • Manage project programmes, resources and deadlines.
  • Attend client meetings, consultant meetings and site visits.
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate sustainable design principles and improve building performance.
