Job summary

Align Talent Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Architect to lead design-led projects, offering creative influence and ownership within a collaborative, growing studio. The role is based in Holborn, London, with hybrid working and flexible hours.

You will work on a diverse range of technically challenging projects where sustainability and people are at the heart. You’ll mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the studio’s continued success while enjoying professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• ARB registration or RIBA Part 3 (or equivalent) is required.
• Proven experience delivering architectural projects across multiple RIBA stages.
• Strong design, technical, and detailing capabilities.
• Experience leading workstreams and coordinating teams.
• Excellent client and consultant communication.
• Passion for sustainable, innovative, people-focused architecture.

Location: Holborn, London

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

An ambitious London architecture studio is looking for a talented Senior Architect to join its collaborative and growing team.

Hours: Monday-Friday, standard office hours with flexibility

Duties

• Lead architectural projects from initial concept through to delivery
• Take ownership of design development and technical workstreams
• Coordinate with consultants and wider project teams
• Contribute to client presentations, design workshops and competitions
• Oversee technical information and support construction-stage delivery
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the studio’s continued success
