Aurora is currently seeking a Project Administrator to support on the delivery of a large internal global People & Culture software project.

This is an exciting People & Culture (P&C) HRMS transformation project, starting with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. Your focus will be to support the project team to successfully deliver the project over the next 9 months.

The role will work closely with the Internal Technology and People & Culture departments throughout the lifecycle of this business-critical project. You should be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders around the business. This is a predominantly internal business facing position, although some interaction will likely be required with external parties.

We are looking for someone who has a high attention detail, is well organised and has a team ethos mindset. Previous project experience in a similar role is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager and wider project team with administration activities, such as
  • Meeting minute taking
  • Preparing progress reports
  • Creating system process flows
  • Tracking tasks and deliverables
  • Assist with data migration activities, including collation and population of data migration templates
  • Support with delivering the Change Management plan, including preparation of companywide communications
  • Provide general administrative support towards the successful delivery of the project, as required

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio)
  • Previous experience working on software/information technology projects (desirable)
