To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Project Administrator to join our team. We seek someone passionate about the industry and supporting our teams in delivering essential services 24/7/365 that make a real difference to local communities.
Your new role
As a Project Administrator, you will be part of our Delivery Team responsible for all on-site works. Your primary duties will include managing purchase orders, invoicing of works, and data collection. You will assist the delivery team in all aspects of their duties to ensure we deliver a professional and efficient service to our clients.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and Directors within Trenchless Technologies, you will need to confidently manage a busy workload independently and adopt a flexible approach to your working day.
Principal Accountabilities:
You will also act as the link between the Operations Team and Fleet, liaising on POs, On/Off Hired vehicles, vehicle repair updates, and scheduling. You will escalate issues where necessary and provide reports on Utilisation and Vehicles Off Road.
