Sector: Fit-Out Design & Build

FSL Group Ltd is a dynamic, fast-paced company specialising in high-quality fit-out and design & build solutions. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised Project Administrator to join our team at our Farnham office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative experience who enjoys variety, thrives on managing multiple tasks, and takes pride in delivering work to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Sales, Pre-Contracts, Delivery and Design teams.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to prepare professional client pitch documentation and presentations.
  • Compile and format Contractors Proposals, Building and Design Evaluations, and Credentials documentation.
  • Arrange and minute internal and client meetings, ensuring accurate and timely records.
  • Manage team documentation including organisational charts and workload schedules.
  • Overseeing, creating and amending purchase order processes, project cost trackers, project valuations, and sales invoicing.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the team with tenders, PQQs, ISO admin, and financial tracking.
  • Provide general administrative duties such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and filing.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and committed with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading.
  • Financially literate and familiar with CDM 2015 regulations.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside standard hours to support client presentations.
  • Confident, personable, and proactive approach.
  • Experience with audio typing.
  • Previous experience in a similar sector (Fit-Out / Design & Build) is advantageous.
