We are seeking 2 Project Administrators for full-time, fixed-term positions until 31/3/27, working 37 hours per week. These roles are available on a job share basis for part-time applicants.
Initial interviews will be held on Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th June, with a possible second round on Thursday 19th June.
The NCCPE supports culture change in the UK higher education sector by fostering public engagement, creating supportive environments for universities, and building impactful networks. Based in Bristol and hosted by UWE and UoB, we are looking for Project Administrators to support our expanding projects, including workshops, webinars, conferences, and training development. Your responsibilities will include assisting project planning, managing communications, supporting events, and helping develop our services.
You should have broad administrative experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. IT proficiency, including familiarity with Zoom and Teams, is essential. Additional skills in digital content creation, social media, or video editing are advantageous.
Our office is located at 4 Portwall Place, Bristol BS1 6NB. The role is primarily office-based two days a week, with the option to work from home on other days.
