Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Training and process documentation capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, organisation and good understanding of project management systems.
• Understanding of project lifecycle and construction environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct group training sessions for PMWeb users to teach policies and procedures.
• Perform one-on-one training after hiring or when clarification is needed.
• Provide direct PMWeb support for UK team members and vendors.
• Assist with creating projects and maintaining PMWeb workflows and portfolio management.
• Work with Universal Creative teams to improve project administration processes.
