NBCUniversal in Bedford is seeking a Project Admin Specialist to train and support the Universal Creative team on PMWeb and related systems. You will manage training sessions, assist with project creation, and ensure proper security roles across users and vendors in the UK.

Close collaboration with finance, legal and project management is required. You will also maintain Egnyte interfaces and support process improvements within project administration.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience documenting processes and training.
• Familiarity with project management systems.

Responsabilités

• Conduct group training sessions for PMWeb users and teach policies.
• Provide one-on-one training after hiring or for clarification.
• Support UK team and vendors with PMWeb login and technical help.
• Assist with creating projects and maintain PMWeb workflows and portfolio management.
• Ensure users have appropriate security roles and maintain Egnyte sites.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and project management teams.
