Job summary

Rogers McHugh Recruitment is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Projects team on multiple live interior fit out projects. The role is office based at Fradley Park, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with a £25,000 salary.

You will maintain project documentation, handle filing and databases, and support day-to-day administration while liaising with departments and external organisations. Experience in construction is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Organised and reliable with good written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable using Word and Excel and managing databases.
• Able to work independently or in a team, with attention to detail.
• Previous construction or interior fit out admin experience is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Projects team with administration for multiple live projects.
• Maintain project documentation, filing and document control.
• Update internal databases and external websites, enter data accurately.
• Take ownership of specific projects and tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Answer calls, handle enquiries, arrange site access and permits.
• Raise purchase orders using Microsoft Access and liaise with departments.
