Qualifications

• Willingness to learn; prior account management experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate briefs from customers to begin projects and processes.
• Manage online projects ensuring all stages are understood and controlled.
• Oversee nomination processes, ensuring all stages are accurate.
• Assist the administrator with handling queries and escalating when necessary.
• Assist with monitoring process activity and recording information for internal/external teams.
• Support the Field Service Engineer team with ad hoc tasks to keep activity moving.
