Qualifications

• Experience in sales order processing and customer invoicing.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism when dealing with customers.
• Good IT literacy with MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce/Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers by phone and email.
• Provide quotes and send them to customers.
• Check stock availability and process orders onto the system.
• Arrange delivery to customers.
• Handle stock shortages, courier issues, and incorrect warehouse picks.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth order processing.
