Schedule: Permanent, Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
As a Progression Job Coach in our Employment, Skills and Enterprise team, you'll support people on the Restart scheme to overcome barriers, build confidence and move into sustainable employment. Your work will help people take positive steps towards long-term career success while creating a positive impact on communities.
You'll build trusted relationships with participants, helping them identify goals, develop new skills and progress into meaningful employment. Through personalised coaching and practical support, you'll help create better futures for individuals and their families while giving people the headroom to grow and succeed.
An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help ensure the right support is in place for you to succeed in the role.
