Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is seeking a dedicated learner support assistant to help learners stay engaged and progress within an educational setting. You will conduct one-to-one and group sessions, monitor attendance and wellbeing, and collaborate with staff to set goals and review progress.

You will bring strong communication, empathy and safeguarding awareness to support diverse learner needs in a busy educational environment, contributing to a supportive learner welfare framework.

Formación

• Experience supporting young people in an education, mentoring or pastoral setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with learners.
• A proactive, empathetic approach to supporting students with different needs.
• Good organisational skills and confidence managing a caseload.
• An understanding of safeguarding and promoting learner welfare.
