Job summary

South Thames Colleges Group is seeking a Progress Coordinator to develop and manage high-quality support services for learners with disabilities and other needs. You will coordinate needs and risk assessments, lead on tailored interventions, and work with partners to enhance engagement and progression.

The role requires previous experience in post-16 education, leadership of a team, and commitment to inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with disabilities or SEND in post-16 education.
• Ability to coordinate interventions and support plans to improve outcomes.
• Experience leading or supervising a team and building stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Learning Coaches to support learners with complex needs.
• Coordinate needs and risk assessments and implement tailored support packages.
• Develop and deliver inclusive learning services to improve recruitment, attendance, and progression.
