Colchester Institute invites applications for a Progress and Destination Tutor in Public Services and Sport. You will work across the campus to support 16–19 learners, guiding progression toward further study, an apprenticeship or employment, and deliver a weekly Personal Development programme covering progression, employability, safeguarding and values.

• Support induction and orientation to help learners identify destinations and overcome barriers.
• Focus on late enrollers and disengagement to keep them on programme.
• Review attendance, behaviour and attitudes; apply college policies as needed.
• Deliver weekly tutorials on progression, employability, safeguarding and values.
• Deliver Personal Development Group Tutorial sessions and adapt resources for learners.
