Colchester Institute is recruiting a Progress and Destination Tutor to support students across campus, helping them identify their planned destinations—further study, an apprenticeship or employment—and remove barriers to learning.

You will run weekly Personal Development sessions, monitor attendance and progress, and provide one-to-one mentoring using tools like Google Classroom, ensuring timely progression and high retention during 38 weeks a year, term-time only, 37 hours weekly.

Competenze

• Experience with 16–19 year olds in person.
• Mentoring and supporting individuals toward goals.
• Calmly handling difficult situations.
