Job summary

Qualifications

Diploma in Education & Training or equivalent required/noted as suitable

Clear understanding of student target setting, monitoring and reviewing to ensure achievement

Responsibilities

Understand and implement safeguarding of young people and vulnerable adults
Contribute to data-informed interventions to support learners’ progress
Participate in induction, training, and mentoring activities and abide by college policies
