Job summary

USP College in Essex is seeking a motivated individual to join our teaching team. You will work with learners, support progression toward further education or employment, and strive to deliver a high-quality curriculum with industry relevance.

Degree qualification preferred in subject area; consideration for experienced industry professionals; hybrid working available; successful applicant will undergo enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding procedures.

As a facilitator, you will be required to work with learners and be able to manage and guide them to set challenging work-based targets as they make progress towards their curriculum aims. Our learners have access to high quality work experience placements to supplement their courses.
