Job summary

Myerscough College (Preston) is seeking a Progress Coach to support young athletes and students to reach their full potential on and off the field. You will provide tailored coaching, work with curriculum staff and parents to guide students, and help them balance academic and sporting commitments.

This role is part-year, with 29.6 hours per week and 39 weeks per year pro rata, based at the Preston campus. The successful candidate will be engaged in sport and education, supporting student

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Progress Coach to join our Sports Team at our Preston campus. You'll play a key role in helping students develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to excel in education, sport, and life beyond college.

In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with students to provide tailored classroom one-to-one and group coaching, helping them overcome challenges and reach their goals.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role - you'll work with curriculum staff, support teams and parents/carers to ensure every student has the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed. Whether you're helping a student set goals, manage their workload, or balance their sporting and academic commitments, your impact will be lasting and meaningful.
