Job summary

Myerscough College (Preston) is seeking a Progress Coach to support young athletes and students to reach their full potential on and off the field. You will provide tailored coaching, work with curriculum staff and parents to guide students, and help them balance academic and sporting commitments.

This role is part-year, with 29.6 hours per week and 39 weeks per year pro rata, based at the Preston campus. The successful candidate will be engaged in sport and education, supporting student

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored classroom one-to-one and group coaching to students to develop skills, confidence and resilience.
• Collaborate with curriculum staff, support teams and parents/carers to ensure students receive guidance and encouragement to succeed.
• Help students set goals, manage workload, and balance sporting and academic commitments to reach their goals.
