You will deliver engaging personal development tutorials, empower students to build knowledge and confidence, and provide career guidance while promoting wellbeing, safeguarding and British Values in collaboration with college services and external agencies.

We are excited to announce a vacancy for a Progress Coach.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to deliver engaging personal development tutorials as part of our College's CPD programme. In this role, you will empower students to enhance their knowledge and confidence through personalised coaching and career advice.

You will also promote British Values, healthy lifestyles, and address critical issues like radicalisation. Collaboration is key, as you will work with College services and external agencies to provide the resources needed for student success.
