Lincoln College in Lincoln is seeking a Curriculum Lead for English (Internal Only) to drive line management and performance across the English team. You will lead on expanding the English curriculum portfolio, raising outcomes and learner destinations, and ensuring QA compliance with external verifiers.

Working with the Assistant Principal, you will shape curriculum for study programmes, apprenticeships, adult learners, and workplace training locally and nationally, with flexible and hybrid

Your expertise in Internal Quality Assurance will guarantee our programmes meet and exceed the rigorous requirements of external verifiers and awarding bodies. By collaborating with the Assistant Principal, you’ll strategically develop the curriculum to meet the evolving needs of study programmes, apprenticeships, adult learners, and workplace training at both local and national levels.
