The University of Bath is seeking a Programmes Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support within the Faculty of Engineering & Design. As a Programmes Administrative Assistant, you'll utilise your conscientious approach and strong organisational skills to provide administrative support for all taught programmes in the Faculty. Your tasks will include: assessment processes; maintaining student records; responding to enquiries from students, and supporting academic colleagues.
With guidance from our Taught Programmes Manager and Programmes Officer(s), you'll support Programmes Administrator colleagues, working within common systems and processes standardised on best practice, adhering to University regulations and procedures, and ensuring that services are efficient, effective and adapt to changing circumstances.
Your work ethic and enthusiasm are more important to us than experience. This role would suit anyone interested in exploring a career in the HE sector, and could represent a springboard to more senior roles in the future.

We are currently operating a hybrid work model which is a combination of both campus and home working (minimum 3 days a week on campus to include Wednesdays). During the peak workload periods the post holder will be required to work on campus every day (Monday – Friday).
