Job summary

Portsmouth Water is seeking an experienced Programme Planner to shape the Havant Thicket Reservoir project. You will maintain the integrated master programme, review contractor schedules, and support risk and cost information with the project team.

You will bring expertise in Primavera P6, NEC, and risk management, with strong reporting and stakeholder liaison skills. A degree and professional body membership are desirable; BPSS checks may apply.

Qualifications

Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
Around 4 years' relevant industry experience would be beneficial.
Membership of, or willingness to work towards membership of, APM, PMI or another relevant professional body.
Driver's licence and ability to undertake a driver assessment.
Experience with NEC programmes and Primavera P6 is essential.
BPSS baseline pre-employment checks may apply.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and update the integrated master programme.
Review the progress of individual projects, highlighting key activities and helping teams understand programme impacts and upcoming priorities.
Gather, review and share programme information to support project teams and stakeholders, including reviewing programmes provided by NEC contractors.
Support programme reviews, scenario planning and the development of mitigation and recovery plans.
Bring together contractor programmes into the overall project programme.
Support QSRA outputs and ongoing updates.
Prepare monthly programme and risk reporting, working collaboratively with colleagues across the project team.
Work alongside the senior management team (Risk and Cost) to maintain change control processes and support the consistency of programme, risk and cost information.
