Portsmouth Water is seeking an experienced Programme Planner for the Havant Thicket Reservoir project to maintain the integrated master programme, manage risks and share information with project teams and NEC contractors. You will help keep governance and reporting up to date while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

In this role you will contribute to scenario planning, change control, and ensuring contractor programmes align with the overall project schedule.

Formación

• Experience using programme management software (Primavera P6 is essential).
• Experience reviewing NEC programmes would be beneficial.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Well organised with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Able to interpret information, identify trends and communicate findings clearly through reports and presentations.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
• Understanding of risk management principles (Monte Carlo analysis would be beneficial).
• Experience with ERP systems and contract management software would be advantageous.
• Membership of, or willingness to work towards membership of, APM, PMI or another relevant professional body.
• Chartered status would be welcomed but is not essential.
• Hold a valid driver's licence. BPSS pre-employment checks may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and update the integrated master programme.
• Review the progress of individual projects, highlighting key activities and priorities.
• Gather, review and share programme information with project teams and stakeholders.
• Support programme reviews, scenario planning and mitigation/cost recovery plans.
• Integrate contractor programmes into the overall project programme.
• Support QSRA outputs and ongoing updates.
• Prepare monthly programme and risk reporting with colleagues across the project team.
• Assist senior management with change control and alignment of programme, risk and cost data.
