Portsmouth Water is seeking an experienced Programme Planner for the Havant Thicket Reservoir project. You will develop and maintain the integrated master programme, review progress, and coordinate contractor programmes to support a nationally significant water infrastructure programme.

You will work with a senior team on risk, cost and change control, using Primavera P6 and NEC contract knowledge, while communicating findings through reports and presentations.

Competenze

• Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
• Around 4 years' relevant industry experience would be beneficial.
• Experience using programme management software (Primavera P6) is essential.
• Experience reviewing NEC programmes would be beneficial.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Well organised with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
• Understanding of risk management principles (Monte Carlo analysis would be beneficial).
• Membership of a relevant professional body would be welcomed but is not essential.
• Hold a valid driver's licence and be able to undertake a driver assessment.

• Develop, maintain and update the integrated master programme.
• Review the progress of individual projects and highlight activities and priorities.
• Gather, review and share programme information including NEC contractor programmes.
• Support programme reviews, scenario planning and mitigation/recovery plans.
• Coordinate contractor programmes into the overall project programme.
• Support QSRA outputs and ongoing updates.
• Prepare monthly programme and risk reporting with the project team.
• Maintain change control processes with senior management for programme, risk and cost information.
