Salary: Up to £63,000 depending on experience
Location: Wotton-under-Edge, GL12 8JR (20 minutes North of Bristol)
Hybrid working: 2 days per week onsite, 3 days from home (4.5 day working week)

We’re looking for people with creative, innovative, collaborative, and analytical skills to join our marketing teams to support our digital transformation and create fantastic customer experiences.
We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager responsible for driving project management excellence and delivering our digital customer experience transformation programme. Someone to get involved in projects of various sizes, within our Group Marketing department in line with our digital Customer Experience strategy.
About the role
Oversight of website change and digital improvement projects from scoping to delivery, working closely with various stakeholders across the group, such as product owners, UX/UI specialists, developers, commercial stakeholders and third parties
Responsibility for the rollout of multi-language and market specific digital change, ecommerce, and other digital channel projects
Manage various programme management activities, such as requirements capture, project scoping, systems deployment, training and on-boarding to time, quality, and cost
Reporting project progress and performance, whilst communicating expert insights
About you
Demonstrable experience of managing digital transformation projects, with it being a bonus if that’s on an international scale within website and ecommerce improvements
A passion for all things web and digital, you’ll be excited by the latest technology, tools, and techniques, keeping up to date with current trends
Commercially minded having budgeted large-scale digital transformation programmes, understanding programme management best practice and the activities involved
Aware of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Atlassian, Jira) to be used for productivity and reporting
Engaging communicator who’ll build relationships with their stakeholders to influence a user-centred design approach, including managing content on our intranet (SharePoint)
Experience implementing digital systems, such as marketing automation and web technologies
