Job summary

TEKsystems in Sheffield, UK seeks a Programme Manager - Control Operations on a contract basis. You will own delivery and governance for cross-control initiatives, coordinate BAU, manage risk, and provide concise, decision-ready updates to LT.

Responsibilities include intake and scoping of initiatives, RAID and trackers, stakeholder alignment across controls/risk/audit/ops/tech, budgeting support, and building scalable processes through coaching and cross-cover.

Qualifications

  • Proven programme/project management in a regulated/controls/operations environment.
  • Strong governance discipline (RAID, reporting cadence, action tracking to closure).
  • Confident stakeholder management and concise written/verbal communication for Snr audiences.
  • Solid planning and budget/resource tracking capability (as applicable).

  • Build bench strength: delegate, coach, create cross-cover and repeatable processes.
