Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead the Programme Project Controls team across cost, schedule, risk and performance management. The role supports the Programme Director and helps shape governance, reporting and decision-making for a nationally significant infrastructure project.

The position is hybrid in London with at least two days onsite weekly, some travel to France, and a salary around £90,000 with benefits, bonus up to 5%, and a generous pension.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Project Controls, Programme Management or Commercial Management.
• Strong background delivering major infrastructure or complex construction projects.
• Excellent understanding of cost management, planning, risk and project delivery.
• Experience working with complex supply chains and FIDIC contracts.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Configuration management and systems experience would be highly advantageous.
• Strong data analytics and big data experience is highly desirable.
• Experience within a regulated environment is beneficial.

Location: Hybrid; London (minimum 2 days per week onsite) with occasional travel to France

Salary: circa £90,000 per annum + benefits

• Annual Leave: 28 days + bank holidays (rising to 30 days after 5 years)
