At Animal Friends, we're all about fun, hard work, and a shared passion for what we do. We're on the lookout for a talented Programme Manager to lead a major new partnership initiative that will have a huge impact on our customers and their beloved pets.

This isn't just another role. It's an opportunity to take the lead on a complex, exciting programme, guiding it from vision to reality. You'll be at the heart of our IT and business transformation, working with a supportive team that’s committed to doing amazing things together.

  • Collaborate and influence: Working closely with senior leaders and external partners, you'll be the key link between our business goals and technical delivery, ensuring everyone is pulling in the same direction.
  • Champion Agile practices: You'll help us continuously improve our delivery, embedding Agile principles to ensure we’re delivering value efficiently and effectively.

What we’re looking for:

  • An experienced and pragmatic leader who excels at guiding complex IT and business transformation programmes.
  • A natural communicator who can inspire teams, manage senior stakeholders, and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable plans.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong grasp of Agile methodologies and a solid technical understanding of systems delivery.
  • Someone who is passionate about building strong relationships and thrives in a collaborative, multi-vendor environment. Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a big plus!

Why you’ll love working with us:

We believe in creating a positive and energising environment where our team can do their best work. With us, you'll find:

  • A collaborative culture: We’re a friendly, supportive team that believes in working together to achieve our goals.
  • Meaningful projects: You’ll work on initiatives that truly matter, helping us provide the best possible care for pets and their owners.
  • Real impact: This is a high-profile role where your leadership will directly shape the future of our business.
  • Work-life balance: We understand that life happens outside of work. We offer remote working to help you find the right balance.
