Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a Programme Manager to lead large-scale network and automation transformation programmes across the logistics estate. You will drive end-to-end delivery of complex operational, technology, property and automation initiatives aligned to the company's network strategy, capacity requirements and operational excellence goals.

You'll coordinate across operations, engineering, technology, property, procurement, finance and external partners to establish governance, manage risks

Job description

The Programme Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of large-scale network and automation transformation programmes across the logistics estate. The role ensures the end-to-end delivery of complex operational, technology, property and automation initiatives that support the organisation's long-term network strategy, capacity requirements and operational excellence objectives.

Working across multiple stakeholders, including operations, engineering, technology, property, procurement, finance, third-party logistics providers and automation vendors, the Programme Manager will establish robust governance, manage programme risks and dependencies, and ensure delivery of agreed business case benefits.
