Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a Programme Manager to oversee a portfolio of infrastructure and technology transformation initiatives across multiple countries and business units. The role requires leading diverse programmes, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving delivery through virtual teams.

The successful candidate will manage infrastructure modernisation, network refreshes, cloud initiatives and data centre programmes, with a hybrid work pattern in Hertfordshire.

Hybrid (2/3 days per week in the office) | Hertfordshire

£80,000 - £100,000 + 10% Bonus + £480 monthly car allowance

I'm working with a leading global technology organisation who are looking to appoint an experienced Programme Manager to oversee a complex portfolio of infrastructure and technology transformation initiatives across multiple countries and business units. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected organisation with significant investment in technology, delivering large-scale programmes that directly support strategic business objectives.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for leading multiple concurrent programmes and projects across a broad technology landscape, working with senior stakeholders internationally and driving successful delivery through virtual and multi-disciplinary teams. The role will focus on infrastructure modernisation, network refreshes, cloud initiatives, workplace technology and data centre programmes.

What We're Looking For

• Infrastructure programme delivery experience

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership
• Ability to lead, influence and drive outcomes without direct line management responsibility
