Job summary

Tesco seeks a Programme Manager to mobilise and deliver a strategic data capability across multiple functions in the UK. You will shape the operating model, prioritise high-value analytics use cases and manage governance, risks and senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting large, complex programmes or projects.
• Experience working within Data, Technology, Analytics or Insight programmes.
• Understanding of data governance, data management principles or modern data platform environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align multiple business functions towards a shared objective.
• Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• The ability to develop clear, compelling presentations, papers and recommendations for executive audiences.
• Confidence operating in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
• A proactive, self-starting approach, with the ability to independently drive actions through to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to a range of audiences.
• Experience delivering programmes across business, data and technology teams.
