About the role…
The Programme Manager will oversee and coordinate a variety of projects and programmes ensuring they align with business objectives and Contract / Client deliverables. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, Clients and the Avove Leadership to manage project timelines, resources and budgets to ensure successful delivery of each programme. This role requires a strong leader with a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority short cycle projects simultaneously.
This is a full-time permanent role operating out of our offices in Chorley, Warrington or Oswestry, primarily working from home on a hybrid basis whilst supporting on site activities across the SPEN Network.

About you…
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex work programmes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards within the Power industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in managing production schedules and coordinating large volumes of client-driven, short-cycle work requests. You will demonstrate initiative in continuously improving planning processes and developing meaningful management information (MI). Strong leadership and a structured, process-driven mindset are essential, along with excellent communication and strategic analysis capabilities.
