London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is seeking a Course Director for Creative Foundation (Level 3) to lead the Foundation programmes across Graphic Design, Fashion Design and Games Art & Design. The role reports to the Dean of Foundation School and focuses on delivering an engaging, inclusive and industry-relevant learning experience.

We are seeking an inspiring and forward-thinking Course Director – Creative Foundation (Level 3) to lead our Foundation provision across Graphic Design, Fashion Design, and Games Art & Design and play a pivotal role in preparing students for success in higher education and the creative industries. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced academic leader to help shape student journeys from their very first step into creative higher education, ensuring an engaging, inclusive and industry-relevant learning experience.
Reporting to the Dean of Foundation School, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for our Creative Foundation programmes, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, assessment, student engagement and progression. You will lead a team of Subject Leads and Lecturers, fostering a culture of academic excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.
Working closely with academic and professional services colleagues, you will ensure students receive a supportive and inspiring educational experience that develops their creativity, confidence, academic readiness and discipline-specific skills.
