Job summary

The Education Network is recruiting a Lecturer and Programme Leader for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning in Northumberland Area. You will drive curriculum development, plan sequenced learning, and maintain accurate programme data across the student journey to support excellence and progression.

The role also involves reviewing programme performance, coordinating schemes of learning, and collaborating with teams to share best practice while upholding safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people within the past 2 years.
• A patient, supportive, and positive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for education and student development.
• Fully enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-quality pre-entry and initial assessment processes.
• Provide high-quality pastoral care and guidance to students for progression to higher learning or employment.
• Oversee learners with EHCP or ALS needs.
• Collaborate within teams to devise, review and maintain study programmes and share best practice.
• Ensure schemes of learning and lesson plans align with college policy and practice.
