Nacro is seeking a Programme Leader to act as the on-site centre manager, leading a team of teachers and learning support staff to provide a supportive and engaging learning environment for young people facing barriers to education.
You will drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning, work closely with the Head of Curriculum and Engagement, and help raise standards across the centre while delivering some teaching when required.

This role offers a starting salary within Nacro’s pay structure of Entry Salary £34,421 with expected progression to Established Salary £35,454 within the first year, subject to meeting clear criteria and performance standards, with further pay progression available in the future.
