Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a seasoned Transition and Transformation Senior Project Manager Lead to drive a major programme from bid to delivery in Northern Ireland. You will lead the programme direction, manage risks and stakeholder engagement, and ensure benefits realization.

Experience in public sector bid and delivery is essential, with strong budgets and multi-team leadership. You will coordinate governance, reporting, and customer liaison, guiding the programme through to successful outcomes while

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large programmes in bid-to-delivery cycles for public sector
• Experience managing multi-million £ budgets, forecasting, cost control and ROI analysis
• Proven ability to lead large project teams across multiple projects within a programme
• Knowledge of MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, Waterfall and Agile at Scale (SAFe)
• Ability to create strategic plans and governance documentation for executive review

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a major programme from bid through to successful delivery
• Own programme direction and benefits realization in collaboration with business units and customers
• Manage risks, issues, governance, stakeholder communications and milestones
• Coordinate resources, budgets and dependencies across multiple projects within the programme
