Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 8 years’ experience in a client-facing role for a leading consulting or professional services company delivering large-scale change/transformation programmes.
• Minimum 3 years’ onsite experience within the UK&I region across focused industries.
• Experience in ERP, CRM, AI, Digital Workplace, CX, Cloud Migration and/or integrations, Data & Analytics, RPA, IoT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to translate strategy into measurable business benefits.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end mobilisation, delivery and benefits of large-scale strategic and/or transformative programmes.
• Plan, direct and coordinate activities to manage and implement a change programme roadmap.
• Influence and negotiate outcomes, present analysis and recommendations to governance forums.
• Ensure programmes deliver on key priorities and realise business benefits on time.
• Lead and develop staff, supervise performance and manage engagement finances.
