Qualifications

• Experience in leading diverse project teams and programmes.
• Knowledge of consents and approvals processes across major projects.
• Experience coordinating approvals and notifications between parties.
• Proven track record delivering tangible project results.
• Experience in programme or project management within complex environments.
• Experience designing and facilitating client workshops.
• Experience producing high‑quality deliverables under tight timelines.
• Experience in infrastructure, transportation, utilities, defence, natural resources or real estate sectors.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an integrated project team to ensure delivery of key client deliverables.
• Design and facilitate client workshops and presentations.
• Manage client relationships.
• Identify and realise business development opportunities.
• Lead or contribute to bid proposals and manage key bids.
• Lead internal initiatives within the Programme Advisory team.
• Mentor and/or manage members of the Programme Advisory team.
• Line manage junior staff where applicable.
