The Programme Integration team seeks candidates with hands-on experience in major project environments to drive tangible results for clients.

You will work across development lifecycles, supporting governance, consent management, and transition activities while mentoring junior staff and contributing to growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of the lifecycle of a consents process from pre to post consent.
• Understanding of consent strategy via routes such as DCO, TWAO, Hybrid Bill.
• Experience discharging primary and secondary consents and post-consent deliverables.
• Experience coordinating approvals and notifications within large organisations.
• Experience in a consulting environment or with consulting skills.
• Track record of delivering tangible results across multiple projects.
• Experience in programme or project management within complex environments.
• Experience in designing and facilitating client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an integrated project team to deliver client deliverables.
• Design and facilitate client workshops and presentations.
• Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead or contribute to bid proposals and manage key bids.
• Lead internal initiatives such as developing programme integration products.
• Mentor and/or manage members of the Programme Advisory team.
• Line manage junior staff where applicable.
