Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking enthusiastic, proactive individuals to join our Programme Integration team within Programme Advisory. The role focuses on consents leadership, lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering tangible results for major infrastructure projects.

You will work across development stages, supporting governance, transition and assurance solutions, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to bid opportunities and internal product development.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in an appropriate degree.
• Excellent knowledge and practical experience of the lifecycle of a consents process from pre to post consent.
• Demonstrable technical understanding of consents strategy via different consenting routes (i.e. DCO, TWAO, Hybrid Bill).
• Demonstrable technical understanding of discharging primary and secondary consents and post-consent deliverables.
• Experience of coordinating approvals and notifications between all interested parties and managing consent management plans/strategies.
• Experience in a consulting environment or equivalent skillset.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of an integrated project team to ensure delivery of key client deliverables relating to NSIPs and consents processes.
• Leading or contributing to consents leadership and management, consent production and delivery, and environment impact assessments.
• Managing client relationships and identifying business development opportunities.
• Leading bid proposals or managing key bids.
• Mentoring and line managing members of the Programme Advisory team.
• Line managing junior staff where applicable.
