Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking enthusiastic, proactive individuals to join the Programme Integration team within the Programme Advisory group in the UK. You will work across the development lifecycle providing services from programme setup to delivery, governance and consents, engaging with Nationally Significant Infrastructure projects.

You will be involved in consent strategies, stakeholder engagement, bid support, and staff mentoring, contributing to ambitious growth and delivering tangible

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in an appropriate degree.
• Excellent knowledge and practical experience of the lifecycle of a consents process from pre to post consent.
• Demonstrable technical understanding of consents strategy via routes (DCO, TWAO, Hybrid Bill).
• Experience coordinating approvals and notifications between all parties and managing consent plans/strategies.
• Experience in a consulting environment or transferable consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an integrated project team to deliver key client deliverables on major programmes, navigating consent processes across pre/post stages.
• Lead or support consents leadership and management, consent production and delivery, EIA, stakeholder engagement.
• Manage client relationships and realisation of business development opportunities.
• Contribute to bid proposals and manage key bids.
• Mentor and/or manage members of the Programme Advisory team; line management if applicable.
• Support development of programme integration products and methodologies.
