Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Programme Assurance Consultant to support a strategic transformation in the insurance sector. You will contribute to governance, oversight, and structured delivery of delegated authority transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled bordereaux processing and process redesign.

You will design governance frameworks, challenge design decisions, and prepare reporting for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience in programme assurance and PMO leadership within financial services or insurance.
Experience managing complex transformation programmes with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with Lloyd’s market operations, delegated authority, bordereaux processing, or insurance operating models.

Responsibilities

Provide independent assurance across delegated authority transformation workstreams, including AI-enabled bordereaux processing and process redesign.
Design and maintain programme governance frameworks (risk registers, milestone tracking, reporting, escalation).
Challenge solution design decisions, especially around AI, automation, and operational scalability.
Prepare programme reporting materials and steering committee documentation for senior stakeholders.
Identify interdependencies, risks, and governance gaps across workstreams.
Recommend mitigations to support structured delivery and confident decisions.
Support change management across business, technology, compliance, and operations teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement of governance and assurance practices.
